D Series - Light Sources and Receivers
PHOTOCRAFT D SERIES Light Sources and Receivers are a quality
line of miniature photoelectric components intended primarily for
industrial OEM applications. They incorporate a source or sensor element,
optics, and cable, and are housed in an epoxy filled 1/4"
diameter x 1" long aluminum package. Each unit is pre-aligned
and pre-tested to ensure that it consistently meets your requirements. The
photo units are made for use with AC, DC, or pulsed circuitry and may be
used with other components, such as amplifiers and power supplies, to
provide a complete system. Various options are available. Call for
details.

F Series - Light Sources and Receivers
PHOTOCRAFT F and "HF" SERIES Light Sources, Receivers and Sensors
(containing both light source and receiver) are a quality line of
miniature photoelectric components intended primarily for industrial OEM
applications. They incorporate a source and/or sensor element, optics, and
cable, and are housed in a threaded 3/8" diameter long
aluminum housing. Each unit is pre-aligned and pre-tested to ensure that
it consistently meets your requirements. The photo units are made for use
with AC, DC, or pulsed circuitry and may be used with other components,
such as amplifiers and power supplies, to provide a complete system.
Various options are available. Call for details.

PMR - Logic Level Receiver
The PMR series photo receivers are DC logic level units capable of
driving devices such as programmable controllers, micro processors,
electronic counters, or sensitive relays without additional amplification.
When light from a suitable source, such as an F series light source,
is detected an NPN transistor turns off (output is high), and back
on (output is low) when light is not sensed. The transistor's open
collector output can be used to drive an external load up to 50 ma.The
unit operates from a 4 to 15 volt DC supply and features a monolithic
sensor, amplifier, Schmidt trigger, open collector output transistor,
optional infrared filter and a lens. Each unit is epoxy sealed inside a
threaded 3/8" diameter aluminum housing.

TPU-H5 - Tachometer Pickup / Proximity Sensor
The model TPU-H5 is a self contained sensor capable of driving devices
such as programmable controllers, electronic counters or sensitive relays
without additional amplification. The TPU-H5 emits a steady, invisible
light beam from dual infrared LEDs. Light reflected from a surface or
object within its range is detected by a photo-diode. The amplified output
of the photo-diode switches an NPN transistor on when light is sensed, and
off when not sensed (inverted output is also available). The transistor's
open collector output can be used to drive an external load up to 50 ma.
The unit is epoxy sealed inside a threaded 1/2" diameter x 3/4"
long steel housing. A six foot, 3-conductor shielded cable and two
mounting nuts are furnished as standard. Other cable lengths are
available.
